Great leaf mustard with rosette-like growth and dark green, mildly aromatic leaves.
Tatsoi forms dense, 25-30 cm wide, productive plants that can also be cut as a whole. The heat-tolerant leaf mustard can be harvested several times while protecting the center of the plant and is prepared like spinach or steamed in oil.
